Does the LED01M of outdoor PCB Ass'y blink 6 times?

YES

NO

Is the connecting state of connectors in out- door. PCB Ass'y right?

(CN-UVW)

YES

NO

Is the power module in PCB Ass'y right?

YES

NO

Is the voltage of T/Block , over than

AC150V?

YES

NO

Is the voltage of GND-IPM(32 pin) over than about DC280V?

YES

NO

Is the refrigerant pressure right?

NO

Replace the PCB Ass'y.

•Main PCB Ass'y

•Control Box Ass'y

Check the state of connecting cable (3 line) between indoor and outdoor uint.

•Electrical wiring diagram (Colors)

•Check the connecting state of connectors in PCB Ass'y

•If CN-UWV is connected, the comprressor can be operated a opposite direction.

•Check the short P-N P-U, V, W, and N-U, V, W of IPM and then collector, emiter of

IGBT

Check the supplied voltage.

•Check the DC voltage between IPM 1pin

GND

Supply the refrigerant or Discharge refriger- ant.
