Finding Contacts

To find a particular contact in a list:

Do This

1Tap Contacts > Find.

2To search in all fields, including notes you have created, tap in all fields.

To search for names and company, tap in Names & Company.

3Enter search criteria in the Find Contact box.

Searching is not case-sensitive and you do not have to enter an entire word to locate a matching entry.

4Tap Find.

Communicating with Contacts

You can easily phone, email, or send messages to your stored contacts.

Do This

1In the list of contact entries, tap the contact name. The contact’s defined phone numbers and email addresses display:

A phone number or email address might have additional icons next to it, depending on its defined communication method.
