Changing Your Bluetooth Settings

Do This

1Open Control Panel application ( )

2Tap Connections tab > Bluetooth > Settings tab.

You can enter a Bluetooth name for your communcator or change your Operating Mode and Receiving Items settings (see below).

Operating Mode settings determine what your handset does when other Bluetooth devices try to connect to it.

Setting	Description
On	Bluetooth is looking for other
	devices.
Off	Bluetooth is off.
Discoverable	Your handset can be found by
	other devices, but is not looking.

Receiving Items settings determine what your handset does when it receives information from connected Bluetooth devices.

Setting	Description
Always receive	accepts the information
Ask first	prompts you to accept the
	information
Never receive	rejects the information
