Moving Entries to the To Do Application

You can move Calendar entries to the To Do application, which lists tasks you need to complete. See “To Do” on page 92.

Do This

1Open the entry.

2Tap Calendar > Move to To Do.

Note: To Do entries do not have repeats, times, or locations, so Calendar entries that you move to To Do lose this information. If you copy an entry back to Calendar, the handset does not restore this information.

If you move an entry with an alarm, it will sound in To Do.

Sending Entries

You can send Calendar entries by email, text message, multimedia message, or Bluetooth.

Do This

1Open the entry you want to send.

2Tap Calendar > Send As.

3Select the method by which you want to send the entry.

4Tap Done.
