INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

3RD BROOM ARM
The 3rd broom arm does not lift/lower	The control valve assembly is stuck	Repair
	The cylinder gaskets are worn	Overhaul the cylinder
	The fuse is blown	Replace
	Open lowering push-button	Replace
	Open lifting push-button	Replace
	The relay is burnt	Replace
	The solenoid valve is burnt	Replace
SUCTION FAN
The suction fan is noisy	Not-lubricated fan bearings	Lubricate
	Worn fan bearings	Replace
	The motor is faulty	Repair
The suction fan turns but it is not efficient	The dust filters are clogged	Clean
	The suction pipe is clogged	Clean
	The suction pipe is cut/torn	Replace
	The gasket between the suction inlet and the	Replace/adjust
	hopper is broken or misadjusted (replace or
	adjust)
	There is no pressure at the suction system	Adjust the pump pressure
	motor
The suction fan does not turn	The control valve assembly is stuck	Repair
	The motor is faulty	Replace

SUCTION INLET AND SKIRT
The suction inlet does not collect debris	The suction inlet position is incorrect	Check the suction inlet and skirt height and

	The cylinder gaskets are worn	Overhaul the cylinder
	There is no pressure at the hydraulic system	Check the pump pressure
	The fuse is blown	Replace
	Open lifting push-button	Replace
	Open joystick safety push-button	Replace
	Relay board failure	Overhaul
	The solenoid valve is burnt	Replace
SUCTION INLET AND SKIRT
The suction inlet does not lower	The suction fan is off	Activate
	There is no pressure at the parachute valve	Check the suction fan control valve assembly

	Lack of pressure in the control valve assembly	Check the pressure

	The fuse is blown	Replace
	Deactivated broom switch	Activate
