U17: This command computes and returns the root mean square (RMS) value of the las t completed burst mode
acquisition.
U18: Queries the acquisition states and various system flags. The respons e nnn has the following integer
form: 000 ≤ nnn ≤ 255. The bit mapping of the response is as follows:
