Using Zoom

To increase the zoom ratio further, the following zoom can be used in combination.

[i.Zoom]

Recording mode:

You can use the camera’s Intelligent Resolution technology to increase the zoom ratio up to 2x higher than the original zoom ratio with limited deterioration of picture quality.

→ [Rec] → [i.Zoom] → [ON] / [OFF]

→ [Motion Picture] → [i.Zoom] → [ON] / [OFF]

Not available in the following cases:

••When the picture effect (Filter) is set ([Impressive Art], [Toy Effect], [Toy Pop])

••During panorama picture recording

••When [Burst Rate] is set to [SH]

••When [HDR] is set to [ON]

••When [Multi Exp.] is set

••When [iHandheld Night Shot] is set to [ON]

••When [iHDR] is set to [ON]

••When the [Quality] setting is set to [  ], [  ] or [  ]
