Making Calls

Using the Cordless Handset Handset

1Press [].

•“Talk” is displayed.

2Dial a phone number.

•The dialed number is displayed.

•After a few seconds, the display will show the length of the call.

3To hang up, press [OFF] or place the cordless handset on the charger.

To have a hands-free phone conversation

1Press [ ].

•“SP-phone” is displayed.

2Dial a phone number.

•The dialed number is displayed.

•After a few seconds, the display will show the length of the call.

For best performance, please note the following:

•Talk alternately with the other party in a quiet room.

•If you or the other party has difficulty hearing, press [] to decrease the speaker volume.

•While talking using [], you can switch to a hands-free phone conversation by pressing [ ]. To switch back to the receiver, press [].

To adjust the receiver/speaker volume while talking

3 levels (High, Medium and Low) are available for the	Ex. Receiver volume: High
receiver and 6 levels for the speaker.	Speaker volume: Level 6
	Loud
To increase, press [ ]. To decrease, press [ ].	Low							High
• The number of steps indicates the volume level.

•If you try to increase/decrease volume when it is at the maximum/minimum level, the cordless handset will beep 3 times.
