Base Unit : Perform with the base unit.

Handset : Perform with the cordless handset.

Base Unit Handset : Perform with the base unit and cordless handset separately.

Use either Base Unit or Handset : Perform with either the base unit or cordless handset. You do not need to perform the operation with both.

Base Unit & Handset : Perform with the base unit and cordless handset together.
