Memory Transmission

Multi-Station Transmission (Broadcasting)

If you have to send the same document(s) to multiple stations, you can save time in feeding the document(s) by using memory transmission. That is, you can store the document(s) into memory and then send it to the station(s) automatically.

Set document(s) face down.

Dial by any combination of the following methods:

One-Touch Dialling

Abbreviated Dialling

DOCUMENT SET

• Manual Number Dialling, press SET station is entered (up to 7 stations)

after each

• Directory Search Dialling, press SET station is entered

(For details, see pages 43 to 45.) Ex:

If you want to confirm the number of stations you have entered, press SET .

The document(s) begin to store into memory.

Then starts dialling the telephone numbers in sequence.

1You can review the stations you entered in Step 3 before storing your document(s) into

memory by pressing or . Press CLEAR to clear an entered station or group shown on the display if needed.
