Features
The following procedure le ts you poll document(s) from one or multiple stations. Be sur e to set the polling
password before polling. (See page 68)
NOTE 1 You can review the entered stations in Step 4 by pressing or key, press to
erase the displayed station or group as needed.
2 If you have set the polling password in Fax Parameter No. 26, the password will appear on the
display. (See page 34)
You can still change the password temporarily by overwriting it with a new one.
To Poll Documents from Another Station

4Dial by any combination of the following methods:
•One-Touch Dialling
•Abbrevi ated Dialling
•Manual Number Dia lling, press after each
station is entered (up to 7 stations)
•Direc tory Search Dialling, press after e ach
station is entered
