5.8 Balloon UI

This unique user interface lets you edit recognition results freely in any application. The visual user interface may be hidden but is always available. When you want to correct a word, just hover your cursor on a word and a toolbar will eventually pop-up.

TIP : You do not need to click anything after the cursor is hovered on the word.

	On the toolbar, click candidate words,		the AI	button, the homophone	button, the
pre-related word		button, the post-related word		button or the phrase correction
button to correct your result. Click the			button to see the raw image of your strokes. Click
the	button to open the tutor. Click the		button to input punctuation symbol. Click
the	button to split one word. Click the		button to merge one word with next. The

button is to activate the Chinese-English translation function. Details about this function are provided further on in the manual.

Note: In New Handwriting/Mouse mode the balloon interface commands can only be used with the mouse.

Note: The Balloon Interface can be used in Microsoft Office, IE, WordPad. However, on 64-bit sys- tems the interface may not be compatible with some software, except NotePad.
