Click the Start button, and then select Settings. Click Control Panel, double-click Regional and Language Options and then click the Languages tab. In the Supplemental language support area, select Install files for East Asian Languages, and then click OK. A notification to restart your computer before the settings will take effect will pop-up. Click Yes to restart the computer.
