1Functiondisplay
Showsthe function names.
%TouchA.MENU and then touch
FUNCTIONto display the function names.
Thefunction names are displayed and oper-
ableones are highlighted.
#WhenA.MENU is not displayed, you can dis-
playit by touching the screen.
#Youcan also display MENU by clicking the
joystick.
#Toreturn to the previous display, touch BACK.
#Toreturn to the TV picture, touch ESC.
Note
Ifyou do not operate the function within about 30
seconds,the display is automatically returned to
theTV picture.
Storing and recalling
broadcast stations
Ifyou touch any of the preset tuningkeys
P1P12youcan easily store up to 12 broad-
caststations for later recall with the touch of a
key.
%Whenyou find a station that you want
tostore in memory keep touching a preset
tuningkey P 1P12 until the preset num-
berstops flashing.
Thenumber you have touchedwill flash in the
presetnumber indicator and then remain lit.
Theselected station has been stored in mem-
ory.
Thenext time you touch the same preset tun-
ingkey P1P12the station is recalled from
memory.
#Toswitch between P1P6andP7P12,
touchPREV or NEXT.
#Whenthe touch panel keys are not displayed,
youcan display them by touching the screen.
#WhenP1P6andP7P12are not dis-
played,you can display them by touching DISP.
Notes
!Upto 24 stations, 12 for each of two TV bands
canbe stored in memory.
!Youcan also use aand bto recall stations
assignedto preset tuning keys P1P12.
!Youcan also perform the same operations
usingPRESET CH MEMORY. To display
PRESETCH MEMORY, touch A.MENU and
thentouch FUNCTION.
Storing the strongest
broadcast stations
sequentially
BSSM(best stations sequential memor y) lets
youautomatically store the 12 strongest
broadcaststations in order from thelowest
channelup under preset tuning keys P1P12
andonce stored there you can tune in to those
stationswith the touch of a key.
