Displaying textinformation on MP3 discs
Textinformation recorded on a MP3 discs can
bedisplayed.

TouchDISP repeatedly to switch between the
followingsettings:
FolderName(folder name)FileName (file
name)TrackTitle(track title)ArtistName
(artistname)AlbumTitle (album title)
Comment(comment)BitRate (bit rate)
#Whenplaying back files recorded as VBR
(variablebit rate) files, the bit rate value is not dis-
playedeven after switching to bit rate. (VBR will
bedisplayed.)
#Ifspecific information has not been recorded
ona MP3 disc, NO XXXX will be displayed (e.g.,
NONAME).
Scrolling text informationin the display
Thisunit can display the first 20 letters onlyof
FolderName,FileName,TrackTitle,
ArtistName,AlbumTitleand Comment.
Whenthe recorded information is longer than
20letters, you can scroll the text to the left so
thatthe rest of the text information can be
seen.
%Keeptouching DISP until the text infor-
mationbegins to scroll to the left.
Therest of the text informatio n will appear in
thedisplay.
Selecting tracks from thefile name list
Filename list lets you see the list of file names
(orfolder names) onan MP3 disc and select
oneof them to playback.
1 TouchA.MENU and FUNCTION and then
touchFOLDER&TRACK LIST.
2 TouchPREV or NEXT to switch between
thelists of names.
3 Touchyour favorite file name (or folder
name).
Thatselection will begin to play.
#Whenyou have selected a folder, a list of the
namesof the files (or the folders) in it can be
viewed.Repeat 2 and 3 to select the desired file
name.
#Toreturn to the previous list (the folder one
levelhigher), touch UP.
