3Ambientlight sensor
Sensesambient light. This system automati-
callyadjusts the brightness of the display to
compensatefor ambient light.
4FLIPDOWN/CLOCK button
Pressto turn the LCD panel horizontal tem-
porarilywhen the LCD panel is upright.
Pressto display the clock for eight seconds
whenthe LCD panel is closed.
5OPEN/CLOSEbutton
Pressto open or close the LCD panel.
6ENTERTAINMENTbutton
Pressto switch between the background
displays.
7WIDEbutton
Pressto select a desired mode for enlarging
a4:3 picture to a 16:9 one.
8MENUbutton
Pressand hold to display the picture adjust-
mentmenu.
9RESETbutton
Pressto return to the factory settings (initial
settings).
aDETACHbutton
Pressto remove the front panel from the
headunit.
bEJECTbutton
Pressto eject a disc from this unit.
