The Basics

1.When the phone is in standby, press MENU/SELECT.

2.Select the RINGS/VOLUMES menu, and then the SPEAKER VOLUME submenu.

3.Use or to adjust the speaker volume. Then press MENU/SELECT or the SELECT soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.

4.To return to standby, press END/PAGE.

T-coil (Handset Only)

The T-coil feature, used by hearing aid users, reduces the magnetic noise interference generated by digital cordless phones. Individuals using hearing aides will turn off the hearing aid microphone to avoid interference issues and turn on T-coil. By toggling back and forth between T-coil on/off and the hearing aid microphone on/off, you avoid excessive interference and are able to hear clearly with the hearing aid device.

1.When the phone is in standby, press the MENU soft key.

2.Select the HANDSET SETUP menu, and then the T-COIL submenu.

3.Move the cursor to select ON or OFF.

4.Press the OK soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.
