Basic Troubleshooting Tips
The following are some common situations that can cause a variety of problems. Before you look for a specific problem use the tips in this list.
Check the power and all cables to the printer.
Check the printer OCP for information.
If possible, print the Status Page from the Reports menu and verify that the
nsettings match your configuration. Check the current status of the printer.
