Add and find contacts
Find a contact
1.In Idle mode, press <Menu> → Phonebook. You can also press <Contacts> in Idle mode.
2.Enter the first few letters of the name you want to find.
3.Select the contact’s name from the search list.
Once you have found a contact, you can:
• call the contact by pressing [ ]
•edit the contact information by pressing <Options> → Edit.
Find a contact from Idle mode
You can find contacts in Idle mode by entering a number
as the spelling of a contact name.
1.In Idle mode, press the number keys that correspond to the letters you want.
2.Press [OK].
The phone shows the matching contacts.
For example, if you press [2], the phone will search for the contact names that start with “a,” “b,” or “c.”
