Main screen basic operations

Switching the display mode of the screen

Allows you to select the display mode for live and playback video.

bSingle-screen display

Click the channel selection button on the operation panel or select one screen and double-click.

The video of the specified camera is displayed in single-screen.

bMulti-screen display

Click the multi-screen display on the operation panel.

The video of the cameras connected to this unit is displayed on multi-16 screen or multi-9 screen.

☞In DSR-2108, the only available multi-screen is multi-8 screen.

Memo: Double-clicking on a single-screen display returns the previous screen display.

bQuad-screen display

Click the quad-screen display button on the operation panel.

The video of the cameras connected to this unit is displayed on quad-screen.

Memo: Each time the button is clicked the video of the next four channels is displayed in order of the channel numbers.

Memo: Each time the button is clicked the display switches in turn from the multi-16 screen to the multi-9 screen (2 patterns) video.

Memo: <About selecting a camera video>

If a live video is selected (clicked) on the quad-screen or multi-screen display, a red frame appears around the live video to indicate that it is selected.

It is necessary to select a camera to perform the following operation in quad-screen or multi-screen.

• Saving images (P57)

• PTZ dome camera operations (P58)

☞In DSR-2108, the unit of 4 screens, 1 to 4 and 5 to 8, are displayed in sequence.
