When the Receive File Indicator is Lit

If the Receive File indicator is blinking, a message has been received and stored in memory with Memory Lock. You need to print it out manually. ⇒ P.69 “Print- ing a File Received with Memory Lock”

If the Receive File indicator is lit, a message has been received but could not be printed for some reason. The message was stored in memory (Substitute Recep-

2 tion). When you solve the problem, the message will be automatically printed out. The table below lists some problems that could have caused Substitute Re- ception to take place and their solutions.
