Recording a final announcement

AM menu

To record a final announcement, select one of the four memory slots (text 1 to text 4). A final announcement is not necessary for the answering machine to operate prop- erly. You cannot assign more than one final announce- ment to a memory slot.

Activate the answering machine menu.
