Setting the date and time

The handset date and time are automatically set when you set up a call to another station. If your communica- tion system does not support this function, you can set the date and time manually. The handset data and time must be set so that calls receive the correct timestamp.

Open the handset’s main menu.

Select the menu icon and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm.

If the date and time have not yet been set: Press the display key.

Enter the date, forexample, 22.09.2005 = 220905.

Move the cursor down one line.

Enter the time, forexample, 19:05 = 1905.

Save the settings.

Press the On-hook key to end the operation.

Note:

If your communication system does not auto- matically set the date and time, you must check the setting from time to time and if necessary, correct it.
