Step 2: Setting the VCR to operate with the i.LINK cable(DV connecting cable)

When you connect using i.LINK cable (DV connecting cable) (optional), follow the procedure below.

(1) Set the POWER switch to PLAYER on your camcorder.

(2) Turn the power of the connected VCR on, then set the input selector to DV input. When you connect a digital video camera recorder, set its power switch to VCR/VTR.

(3) Press MENU to display the menu settings.

(4) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select , then press the dial.

(5) For DCR-TRV238E/TRV239E:

Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select VIDEO EDIT, then press the dial.

For DCR-TRV340E/TRV738E:

Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select TAPE in VIDEO EDIT, then press the dial.

(6) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select EDIT SET, then press the dial.

(7) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select CONTROL, then press the dial.

(8) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select i.LINK, then press the dial.

Stap 2: De videorecorder gereedmaken voor kopiëren via een i.LINK kabel (DV-aansluitsnoer)

Als u de apparaten aansluit via een i.LINK kabel (DV-aansluitsnoer) (niet bijgeleverd), volgt u de onderstaande aanwijzingen.

(1) Zet de POWER schakelaar van de camcorder in de “PLAYER” stand.

(2) Zet de aangesloten videorecorder aan en zet de ingangskeuzeschakelaar in de digitale DV ingangsstand. Als u een andere digitale videocamera/recorder aansluit, zet u de POWER schakelaar daarvan in de “VCR/ VTR” stand.

(3) Druk op de MENU toets om het instelmenu te laten verschijnen.

(4) Stel met een draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC

regelknop in op en druk de regelknop in. (5) Voor de DCR-TRV238E/TRV239E:

Stel met een draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop in op VIDEO EDIT en druk de regelknop in.

Voor de DCR-TRV340E/TRV738E:

Stel met een draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop in op “TAPE” onder VIDEO EDIT en druk de regelknop in.

(6) Stel met een draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop in op EDIT SET en druk de regelknop in.

(7) Stel met een draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop in op CONTROL en druk de regelknop in.

(8) Stel met een draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop in op i.LINK en druk de regelknop in.
