Summary of display messages

Following table shows the summary of the messages on the LCD display.

PRESTIGE LQ font is selected.

SCRIPT LQ font isselected.

High-Speed Draft font isselected.

You cannot select print pitch except 10CPI.

Draft font isselected.

You cannot selectproportional pitch with the Standard/

Epson mode.

Optional LQ font is selected.

Indicates the message below shows thecurrent pitch.

EDS mode iscurrently selected and the message on the

right indicatesthe current Bank and Switch number.

Press the 1ONLINE Ibutton to exit the EDS mode.

Font lock mode is selected.

The printer ignores the font selection commands and

prints with the fontdisplayed on the panel.

Turn offthe power switch to cancel the font lock mode.

Pitch lock mode is selected.

The printer ignores the pitch selection commands and

prints with the pitch displayed on the panel.

Turnoff the power switch to cancel the pitch lock mode.
