1. Open the printer cover.

2. With the tractor covers open, guide the paper from the bottom of the

printer, by a~igningholes with thepins on the tractor unit.

Adjustthe spacingof thetractor unitsby slidingthem alongthe bar,using

the clanm lever at the back of each unit to release and lock them in

position.When the lever is up, the unit is released, and when it is down,

the unitis locked.

Now closethe tractor covers, again making sure that the paper holes are

alignedwith the pinson the tractorunits. Ifthey are not aligned properly,

youwill have problems with paper feeding, possibly resulting in tearing

andjamming of the paper.
