Adding an operation to an interface

An operation is the implementation of a service that can be requested from any object of the class in order to affect behavior.

You can add operations that already exist in the model and which belong to other objects.

ϖTo add an operation to an interface:

1Double-click an interface in the model. The interface property sheet appears.

2Click the Operations tab. The Operations page appears.

3 Click the Add Operations tool.
