10.2 Removing Jammed Media from the Peel-off Unit

This section describes how to clear a “Peeling failed” message.

1.Press the Front Cover Unlock button and open the Front Cover.

2.Remove the jammed media from the Peel-off Unit.

3.Reload the media properly. Close the Front Cover.

Please refer to section 5.2 How to Load the Media for the Model with the Peel-off Unit for media loading procedure.
