12. TROUBLESHOOTING

Error messages	Possible causes
Ribbon error	The ribbon has torn apart.
Reset ribbon.

Ribbon error	The rotation of the ribbon
Reset head unit.	shaft has not been
	detected.

Peeling failed	Peeling has failed.

Cut failed	The media has not been cut
	correctly.

Solutions

•Reload a ribbon.

Open the Side Cover. Place the Upper Unit in a right position.
