5 CHANGING EQUIPMENT’S SETTINGS

4 Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button or (copy mode) button. The screen returns to the “copy mode” main screen.

Setting the customer information

The customer information (name, telephone number, Email address) can be set.

1 Select “CUSTOMER INFOMATION” with and buttons, and then press the [ENTER] button.

2 Select “CUSTOMER NAME”, “CUSTOMER TEL NUMBER”, or “CUS- TOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS” with and buttons, and then press the [ENTER] button.

If the item in which the customer information has been already registered is selected, “Already assigned” appears for approx. 2 seconds and the selecting menu is displayed.

Select the desired item with and buttons, and then press the [ENTER] button.

01.DELETE

02.MODIFY

03.RETAIN

DELETE: This deletes the registered customer information and then returns to the previ- ous menu.

MODIFY: This modifies the registered customer information. Continue the subsequent operation.

RETAIN: This cancels the selection and then returns to the previous menu.
