Service Notification

The status of this equipment can be notified a specified address such as a service technician

using an Email. You can also register the Email address or the customer information as the

related item. For details of this function, contact your service technician or service representa-

tive.

To use this function, install the Network Printer Kit GA-1190 (optional) or Scanner Upgrade Kit

GA-1200 (optional) so that an Email can be sent and received in this equipment.

Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button.

The “user functions mode” main screen is displayed.

Select “INITIAL SETUP” with and buttons, and then press

the [ENTER] button.

Select “SERVICE NOTIFICATION” with and buttons, and

then press the [ENTER] button.

The “SERVICE NOTIFICATION” screen is displayed.
