3.2 General Notes On Report Takings

(4)Change Batch Number

A close batch command is sent to the EFT terminal.

Sales transaction of the day is ended and a batch file is sent to the host to make a settlement.

Example

•Operation: Mode Lock: Z for reset (reset only)

When the ECR is being outside a sale and in Z mode, depress the [↓] key twice to select “3 EFT(BATCH)”. And depress the [3] or [Enter] key.

Depress the [↓] key three times to select “4 CHANGE BATCH NO.” and depress the [4] or [Enter] key.

Input a maximum of 4-digit batch No. which was specified by the hosting company, and then depress the [AT/TL] key.
