Cluster Management
This chapter introduces cluster management.
28.1 Introduction to Cluster Management
Cluster Management2 allows you to manage switches through one switch, called the cluster manager. The switches must be directly connected and be in the same VLAN group so as to be able to communicate with one another.

In the following example, switch A in the basement is the cluster manager and the other switches on the upper floors of the building are cluster members.
