Sending an Image Using a Rapid Key or Speed Dial Number

3 If the destination is an e-mail

destination and you wish to enter a message, or change the sender name or e-mail address, or select the file format for the document,

press WITHIN 5 SECONDS after pressing the Rapid Key in Step 2.

(After 5 seconds, the document will be scanned and transmitted using the settings that were stored in the Rapid Key.)
