DATE FORMAT

Choose the Date format. You can choose mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy, yy/mm/dd, dd-mm-yy, yy-mm-dd, dd.mm.yy or yy.mm.dd.

When syncing with the Flow app and web service, the week's starting day is automatically updated from the service.

WATCH FACE

Choose the watch face: Activity or Time. Activity watch face shows the time of day and the activity bar.
