NORMAL OPERATION
Match Lighting Your Grill Main Burners
Follow the simple steps listed below to match light the Main Burner(s) of grill, in the event ignition fails:
WARNING: (Make sure that 5 minutes have elapsed since last attempt of lighting.) Make sure that the lid is in the full open position any time you attempt to light your grill. Failure to open the lid could lead to delayed ignition which may result in serious bodily injury or death, or in a fire or an explosion causing damage to property.
WARNING: Do not lean over an open barbecue.
1. Open the lid and make sure that all burners are in the “OFF” position.
DANGER: Failure to open the lid while igniting the main burners, or not waiting 5 minutes to allow the gas to clear may result in an explosive

2.Turn main gas supply on.
3.Put match in the match holder and strike match.
4.Push in selected MAIN BURNER control knob and turn to “HI”.
5.Insert match holder and lit match down through cooking grate to ignite the selected Main Burner. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner control(s) “OFF”, wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting procedure.
WARNING: If the burner does not light, turn the selected burner control knob to OFF and wait 5 minutes to let the gas clear before trying again to light burner(s).
6. Verify selected Main Burner(s) has ignited by visual inspection of a flame.

Side Burner Electronic Ignition |

Follow the simple steps listed below to light the Side Burner (SB) of your grill: |

3. | Push the SIDE BURNER control knob in and turn to “HI”. |

4. | Push in the electronic ignition button. |

5. | If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner control(s) “OFF”, wait 5 |

| minutes and repeat the lighting procedure. |

6. | Verify Side Burner has ignited by visual inspection of a flame. |
