¥Votre interlocuteur ne vous entend pas

ÐUn trop grand nombre dÕappareils sur la m•me ligne peut affecter la transmission. En gŽnŽral, plus de cinq (5) appareils peuvent surcharger une ligne. DŽbrancher un (1) ou deux (2) de vos appareils pourra rŽgler le probl•me. Sinon, communiquez avec votre compagnie de tŽlŽphone.

ÐIl se peut que vous ne parliez pas directement dans le microphone. Assurez- vous de bien placer votre bouche devant le microphone et de parler clairement avec votre voix habituelle.

➤CompatibilitŽ

¥Les tŽlŽphones Clarity sont compatibles avec les syst•mes PBX digitaux.

ÐSi un appareil tŽlŽphonique standard fonctionne, votre appareil Clarity devrait fonctionner Žgalement.

¥Les tŽlŽphones Clarity ne sont pas compatibles avec les

syst•mes ˆ touche ou avec les

syst•mes PBX de AT&T.

ÐCes unitŽs sont munies dÕune bo”te Žlectronique contr™lant plusieurs appareils ˆ la fois. Ce type dÕunitŽs se retrouve dans

les Ždifices ˆ bureaux, dans certaines maisons de retraites, dans les foyers et dans certains condominiums.

➤Volume de sonnerie

¥La sonnerie ne se fait pas entendre

ÐAssurez-vous que lÕinterrupteur de la sonnerie est en position ON.

ÐAjustez le contr™le de volume au point le plus gros et le contr™le de frŽquence au plus petit. La sonnerie sera la plus forte et la plus grave possible. Les basses frŽquences sont gŽnŽralement plus faciles ˆ entendre pour les per- sonnes souffrant de probl•mes dÕaudition.

➤Interference

ÐEnvisagez lÕachat dÕune sonnerie auxiliaire telle le WR-100 de Clarity.

Ces appareils ˆ frŽquence ajustable sont extr•mement audibles et peuvent •tre branchŽs dans toute prise rŽsidentielle.

LÕutilisateur entend des communications CB ou radio au tŽlŽphone

Contactez votre compagnie de tŽlŽphone pour faire vŽrifier votre ligne. Un filtre RFI (InterfŽrence de FrŽquence Radio) pourrait •tre installŽ sur votre ligne pour minimiser ces probl•mes.
