Editing memory keys
To edit a memory key:
1.To see its contents, press the memory key.
2.Press “.
3.If you do not want to change the number, go to step 4. To backspace and erase dig- its, press “. To add digits, use the dial pad.
4.Press ß.
5.If you do not want to change the name, go to step 6. To add letters, use the dial pad. See Entering Names on page 22. To erase letters, press “.
6.Press ß.
7.Select the mailbox number you want to assign to this person. If you do not select a
mailbox, the General Mailbox is assigned. See Mailboxes on page 29.
8.Press ß.
9.If a Call Announcement already exists, the display asks you to press ¶to review it. To record a new Call Announcement (Voice Tag), lift the handset and press
§twice.
or
If a Call Announcement does not already exist and you want to record a new one, lift the handset and press record.
Note : If you do not want to record a new Call Announce message, go to step 13.

10.Record your Call Announcement (Voice Tag) after the tone.
11.Press ß.
12.Press ¶to review your recording.
13.Press ß.
14.Press ®.
Note: The Live dial pad option must be turned off to edit memory keys. See Selecting
the dial pad mode on page 45 for more information.
Deleting memory keys
Before you can save to a memory key that already contains a saved entry (a name, number, feature code, etc.), you must first delete the old contents of the memory key.
To delete a memory key:
1.To see its contents, press the memory key.
2.To erase, press ∑twice.
Note: The Live dial pad option must be turned off to edit memory keys. See Selecting
the dial pad mode on page 45 for more information.
