Erasing the greeting message

1Press $(centre of joystick).

2Select K, then press ,.

3Select Delete Message, then press

,.

4Select Delete OGM, then press

,.

5Select Yes, then press ,.

6Press {ih}.

Note:

LIf you erase your own greeting message, the unit will play a prerecorded greeting message for callers.

Listening to messages

Messages are stored and played back chronologically, from oldest message to newest.

Listening to new/all messages

When you have messages, ris displayed next to the number of new messages.

1Press $(centre of joystick).

2Select K, then press ,.

3Select Play New Msg.or Play All Msg., then press ,.

Note:

LTo adjust the speaker volume during playback, push the joystick up or down repeatedly.

LWhile listening to messages, you can switch between the receiver and speaker by pressing {C} or {s}.

Repeating, skipping, stopping, erasing a message during playback

LTo repeat a message during playback, push the joystick left. If pushed within the

first 5 seconds of a message, the previous message will be played.

LTo skip a message during playback, push the joystick right.

LTo stop a message during playback, press J (soft key).

LTo erase a message during playback, press _, select Yes, then press ,.

Erasing all messages

1Press $(centre of joystick).

2Select K, then press ,.

3Select Delete Message, then press

,.

4Select Delete All, then press

,.

5Select Yes, then press ,.

6Press {ih}.

Note:

LThe greeting message is not erased.

Calling back (Caller ID subscribers only)

If Caller ID information was received for the call, you can call the caller back while listening to a message.

1Press *(centre of joystick) during playback.

2Select Call Back, then press ,.

Note:

LTo edit the number before calling back, select Edit for Call, press ,, edit the number, then press ,.

Recording a voice memo

To leave a private message for yourself or someone else, you can record a voice memo. This memo can be played back later, either directly or remotely.
