Per garantire l’eliminazione degli utensili non più utilizzabili nel rispetto dell’ambiente, si consiglia di portare il vostro vecchio utensile presso una delle Filiali dirette di Assistenza DEWALT, che disporranno della loro eliminazione nel rispetto dell’ambiente.

•GARANZIA DI 30 GIORNI DI TOTALE SODDISFAZIONE •

Se non siete completamente soddisfatti delle prestazioni del vostro utensile DEWALT, potrete restituirlo entro 30 giorni dalla data di acquisto, presso una nostra filiale di assistenza per ottenere il rimborso o il cambio dell’utensile, presentando debita prova dell’avvenuto acquisto.

• MANUTENZIONE GRATUITA PER UN ANNO •

L’eventuale manutenzione o assistenza necessaria per il vostro utensile DEWALT nei primi 12 mesi dalla data di acquisto sarà effettuata gratuitamente da parte del Centro Assistenza autorizzato su presentazione della prova di acquisto. Sono esclusi gli accessori.

• GARANZIA TOTALE DI UN ANNO •

Se il vostro prodotto DEWALT non risultasse pienamente conforme alle caratteristiche di funzionamento o presentasse difetti di lavorazione o vizi di materiale, entro 12 mesi dalla data di acquisto, provvederemo alla sostituzione gratuita delle parti difettose o a nostro giudizio, alla sostituzione gratuita dimostrato che:

•Il prodotto venga ritornato al centro di assistenza DEWALT, con la prova della data di acquisto (bolla, fattura o scontrino fiscale).

•Il prodotto non abbia subito abusi ed il difetto non sia stato causato da incuria.

•Il prodotto non abbia subito tentativi di riparazione da persone non facenti parte del nostro personale di assistenza o, all’estero, dal nostro staff distributivo.
