•Regolare la profondità di taglio.

•Collegare un aspiratore esterno.

•Verificare che il limitatore del movimento a tuffo sia sempre bloccato prima di accendere l’utensile.

Accensione/spegnimento (fig. I)

L’interruttore di bloccaggio/sbloccaggio (1) si trova sulla maniglia del lato destro. Generalmente la macchina è bloccata quando l’interruttore è in posizione off.

•Accensione: premere e mantenere premuto l’interruttore (28) per sbloccare la macchina e, successivamente, premere la levetta a scatto (29).

•Per far funzionare la macchina senza interruzione, premere nuovamente l’interruttore (28).

•Spegnimento: premere di nuovo la levetta a scatto (29).

Prima di spegnere la macchina sbloccare il fermo di profondità dell’avanzamento a tuffo e lasciare l’elettrofresatrice nella sua posizione di riposo, scorrendo lungo il supporto a colonna.

Impiego canotti di guida (fig. G)

•Fissare la dima a copiare al pezzo tramite morsetti sulle estremità.

•Scegliete ed applicate un canotto guida adatto allo scopo (26).

•Sottrarre il diametro della fresa al diametro esterno del canotto guida e dividete per 2.

In questo modo otterrete di quanto la dima deve essere spostata indietro rispetto al pezzo da lavorare.

Se la larghezza del pezzo non fosse sufficiente disporre sotto la dima uno spessore di legno di recupero.

Utilizzando un listello come guida

Quando non si può utilizzare un bordo come guida,

èpossibile guidare l’elettrofresatrice seguendo una listarella fissata con morsetti lungo il pezzo

(che sopravanza su entrambi i lati).

Esecuzione a mano libera

L’elettrofresatrice può essere utilizzata anche senza alcun tipo di guida per eseguire lavori p.es. di scrittura e decorazione.

Eseguite solo fresature con profondità limitata. Utilizzate solo frese di diametro massimo 6 mm.

Cuscinetto guida (fig. B)

Qualora non sia possibile utilizzare la guida parallela od un canotto guida, è possibile utilizzare una fresa completa di cuscinetto guida per la profilatura di bordi sagomati.

Consultate il vostro rivenditore per ottenere ulteriori informazioni sugli accessori disponibili.

Questi comprendono bussole di serraggio (6-8 mm e 1/4"), un arresto di profondità da utilizzare per l’elettrofresatrice in posizione capovolta, strumenti per la giunzione a coda di rondine o maschere per la giunzione, dime con grano di riferimento per la giunzione, cannotti guida (17-40 mm) e guide longitudinali di varie lunghezze.

Manutenzione

Il Vostro Elettroutensile DEWALT è stato studiato per durare a lungo richiedendo solo la minima manutenzione. Per prestazioni sempre soddisfacenti occorre avere cura dell’utensile e sottoporlo a manutenzione periodica.

Pulizia colonna scarico polvere (fig. J)

•Togliere il tappo o raccordo scarico polvere.

•Togliere quattro viti (31) dal lato sottostante della base (10).

•Pulire la colonna scarico polvere.

•Effettuare il montaggio invertendo l’ordine delle operazioni indicate per lo smontaggio.

Lubrificazione

Il Vostro elettroutensile non richiede lubrificazione addizionale.

Pulitura

Tenere libere le feritoie di ventilazione e pulire l’esterno dell’utensile periodicamente con un panno morbido.
