•Regule a profundidade de corte usando o regulador rápido (16) e a graduação correspondente. A escala de regulação é indicada pelas setas (23).

•Aperte o manípulo de bloqueio de profundidade (14).

Regulação tripla de profundidade usando o dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade revólver Pode-se usar o dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade revólver (12) para fixar 3 profundidades diferentes. Isso é muito prático para cortes profundos, executados em etapas.

•Coloque um gabarito de profundidade entre o dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade (13) e o dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade revólver (12) para regular a profundidade exacta de corte.

•Se necessário, ajuste todos os três parafusos.

Regulação de precisão

Se não se usar o gabarito de profundidade, ou se a profundidade de corte requerer rectificação, recomenda-se usar o regulador de precisão (17).

•Regule a profundidade de corte como descrito acima.

•Acerte o regulador de precisão a zero usando o anel (24).

•Gire o regulador de precisão (17) à posição requerida: uma volta corresponde a aproximadamente 1 mm e uma marca a 0,1 mm.

A montagem da guia paralela (fig. A & E)

•Ajuste as hastes-guia (5) à base da tupia (10).

•Aperte os manípulos de bloqueio (9).

•Deslize a guia paralela (8) pelas hastes.

•Aperte temporariamente os manípulos de bloqueio (4).

•Retire o adaptador de extracção de poeiras (18) e tape a saída usando o tampão de extracção de pó (25) fornecido com a ferramenta.

O ajuste da guia paralela (fig. F)

•Trace uma linha de corte no material.

•Abaixe o suporte da tupia até que a fresa esteja em contacto com a peça de trabalho.

•Aperte o manípulo limitador de corte (15).

•Posicione a tupia sobre a linha de corte.

•Deslize a guia paralela (8) contra a peça de trabalho e aperte os manípulos debloqueio (4).

•Ajuste a guia paralela (8) usando o regulador de precisão (7). O fio de corte exterior da fresa deve coincidir com a linha de corte.

•Aperte firmemente o manípulo de bloqueio (20).

A montagem da guia de nível (fig. G) Junto com o gabarito, as guias de nível são importantes no corte de perfil seguindo um molde.

•Adapte a guia de nível (26) à base da tupia (10) com os parafusos (27), como indicado.

Regulação de profundidade com a tupia instalada em posição invertida (fig. D)

•Remova o dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade (13) e substitua-o com o dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade (DE6956) disponível como opcional.

•Ligue a haste filetada do dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade (13A) ao dispositivo de bloqueio de profundidade revolver (12).

•Regule a profundidade de corte com o bloqueio de profundidade (13A).

Para a fixação da tupia invertida, consulte o manual de instrução relativo à ferramenta fixa.

Para conectar o extractor de poeiras (fig. A & E)

•Ligue a mangueira do extractor de poeiras ao adaptador de extracção de poeiras (18) na coluna do suporte da tupia, ou à saída de extracção de poeiras na guia paralela (6).

Modo de emprego

•Cumpra sempre as instruções de segurança e os regulamentos aplicáveis.

•Sempre desloque a sua tupia como indicado na fig. H (fios exteriores/ fios interiores).
