Cleaning Recommendations

Grill or Griddle/Titanium-
surfaced
•Remove drip tray and discard grease into a grease resistant container for disposal. Wash drip tray in warm soapy water or place in dishwasher. Wipe griddle or grill surface with warm soapy water then rinse with warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
•If food particles stick to the grill or griddle plate, remove with a mild abrasive cleaner such as Soft Scrub®.
•May be placed in dishwasher.
•Never flood a hot griddle or grill with cold water. This can warp or crack the aluminum plate.
•Do not clean any part of the grill or griddle in a self- cleaning oven.
Igniters/Ceramic | • Use a cotton | swab |

•Do not use sharp tools to scrape igniters. They are fragile. If an igniter is damaged, it may not light the burner.
Surface Spill Trays/
Stainless Steel
•Hot sudsy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
•Formula 409® or Fantastic®. Wipe spray off immediately or apply to a paper towel first and then wipe spill.
•Mild Abrasive Cleansers: Cameo®, Zud®, Barkeepers Friend®. Liquid cleaners: Kleen King®, Siege Stain- less Steel and Aluminum Cleaner, Wright's® All Purpose Brass Polish.
•Acidic and
•Abrasive cleaners, used too vigorously or too often, can eventually mar the stainless steel.
Apply with care.
Trim Strips
(Located between stainless steel spill trays; they join the spill trays.)
•Hot sudsy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
