RECIPES FOR AUTO GRILL MENUS

AG3 Fish Gratin

Fish Gratin Italian Style

[ Ingredients ]

[Procedure]

600 g

Rose Fish Fillet

1.

Wash the Fish and dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt and grease

Mozarella. approx

 

with the anchovy butter.

250 g

Tomatoes

Place in a round gratin dish (25 cm).

2 tbsp. Anchovy butter

Sprinkle the gouda over the fi sh.

Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Cut into slices and place on

Press the AUTO GRILL MENUS key 3 times until AG3 appears in the

 

 

 

display and then enter the weight (1,2 kg). Press START /+1min key.

Hint: After cooking remove the fish from the gratin dish and stir in some sauce thickening powder. Cook again on the oven floor (position 1) for 1-2 minutes on 100P microwave power.
