CONFIGURING VIRTUAL LANS

	This chapter contains detailed descriptions of common management
	tasks for Virtual LANs (vLANs) connected to the 7600 Card. Please see
	“Virtual LANs in the 7600 Card” on page 12-18 for general background
	material concerning vLANs and how they are defined in the 7600 Card.
	Connecting local Fast Ethernet segments to a vLAN over ATM is
	accomplished by connecting them to the 7600 Card bridge and ensuring
	that there is an internal ATM connection to an ELAN. For general
	information about bridges see “Bridges in the 7600 Card” on page
	12-10. The following bridge configuration tasks are covered:
