• 0: Echo disabled

 

• 1: Echo enabled

 

Setting to 0 (disabled) causes parameter #20 Echo Mask to be

2

 

 

Description:

Specifies the ASCII characters used for data forwarding:

 

 

 

• 0: No data forwarding cha racters.

 

 

 

• 1: A-Z, a-z, 0-9.

 

 

 

• 2: <CR>.

 

 

 

• 4: <ESC>, <BEL>, <ENQ>, <ACK>.

 

 

 

• 8: <DEL>, <CAN>, <DC2>.

 

 

 

• 16: <EOT>, <ETX>.

 

 

 

• 32: <HT>, <LF>, <VT>, <FF>.

 

 

 

• 64: All ch aracters in columns 0 and 1 of Appendix A, ASCII

#4, Idle Timer Delay

Range:

0 to 255

 

 

Default:

0

 

 

Description:

Selects forwarding idle timer delay that determines when data is

 

 

sent to the network.

 

 

 

• 1 to 255: Value of idle timer in 1/20 seconds.

 

 

 

• 0: disables the idle timer.

Functional only if parameter #15, Editing, is set to 0.
