Introducing the FCR200

The FCR200 is a member of the Fibre Channel-to-SCSI Router product family. See Figure 2-1 and Figure 2-2.

The FCR200 provides connectivity between a Fibre Channel Switched Fabric (FC-SW) or Arbitrated Loop (FC-AL), and two Fast/Wide/Ultra SCSI buses.

Supported devices include:

•Initiator Devices – Fibre Channel and SCSI hosts

•Direct Access Devices – RAID Controllers, Disk drives, JBODs

•Sequential Access Devices – Tape drives

•Changer Devices – Tape and Magneto-Optical Libraries
