This chapter is the reference for all Agilent 86120C programming com- mands. Commands are organized by subsystem.

Table 4-12. Notation Conventions and Definitions

Convention Description

< > Angle brackets indicate values entered by the programmer.

”Or” indicates a choice of one element from a list.

[ ]	Square brackets indicate that the enclosed items are optional.
{ }	When several items are enclosed by braces, one, and only one of these
	elements must be selected.
<integer>	An ASCII string representing an integer. This is defined by the IEEE 488.2
	<NR1> format.
<real>	An ASCII string representing a real number. This is defined by the IEEE 488.2
	<NR2> or <NRf> formats.
