When you have questions about using your Macintosh, there are several places you can look for answers.
Macintosh User’s Manual Use this book to help you set up your computer and learn about it, or to find solutions to problems.

Apple Guide
If you need help or experience a problem while using the computer, open the Guide (h) menu and choose Macintosh Guide (or Mac OS Guide). The Guide menu is the main source for information while you are using the computer.
Apple’s customer support hotline If you can’t find an answer in any of the materials provided, call the customer support hotline. (The phone number for the hotline is in the service and support information that came with your computer.)
