Modifying Auto-negotiation Advertisement

1	To modify the auto-negotiation advertise-
	ment for a port,Type v in the Port Conﬁgura-
	tion Menu.The Advanced Port Conﬁguration
	Menu appears on the screen.
2	type v in the Advanced Port Conﬁguration
	Menu to modify the port’s auto-negotiation
	advertisement.
3	Enter any combination of [ABCD] at the
	prompt.The user can select individual or any
	other combination with the available four
	options.
4	Press Return.
	The port’s auto-negotiation advertisement is

changed to the requested values.

ΔNote:The options s, n, and p on the Advanced Port Conﬁguration Menu bring up the desired port.

Type q to return to the previous menu after completing the conﬁguration
